Equipment pick-up will be at any of the in-person registration dates listed below at Signal Knob MS (behind the ag dept). Please check in at the table and then proceed with your football card (will be given to you) to the equipment shed.

***Your child will need to have a physical turned in dated after 1/01/2025 to be eligible to play. This MUST be turned in by the first night of practice, which is tentatively 7/21/25. 

***A copy of your child's birth certificate is also required for age verification purposes and must be turned in NO LATER than 8/01/25. No late copies will be accepted this season. If we do not have a copy of your child's birth certificate by 8/01/25, your child will be removed from the roster and no refund will be given.
